\u30fbLearning Your Name<\/strong>: When you first meet or click on S\u016bnya, they might ask for your name. Once you tell them, they will start addressing you by name.<\/p>\n

\u30fbSoliloquy<\/strong>: If left alone, S\u016bnya will start mumbling to themselves on the screen using the words you’ve taught them.<\/p>\n

\u30fbWandering & Stalking<\/strong>: Sometimes, S\u016bnya goes for a stroll around the screen, twitching their large ears while exploring the site.<\/p>\n

\u30fbLearning Words (Question Feature)<\/strong>: When clicked, there is about a 20% chance S\u016bnya will ask a question like “What’s your favorite movie?” Your answers are stored in their memory, influencing their future soliloquies and conversations.<\/p>\n

Your name and the words S\u016bnya learns are stored locally in your browser (LocalStorage).<\/p>\n

\u30fbMemory Transfer<\/strong>: If you clear your browser cache or switch devices (e.g., from PC to smartphone), the memory will not be shared, and S\u016bnya will greet you as a stranger.
\nIn that case, if you re-enter your registered name, S\u016bnya will ask about the words you taught before or when you last visited. Selecting “YES” will help them remember you.<\/p>\n

\u23f3 Development Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u30fbDec 23, 2025<\/strong>: The Search Begins. Started exploring the idea of a “WebPet” that lives on a personal site and shares time with visitors.<\/p>\n

\u30fbDec 24, 2025<\/strong>: Prototype Born. Created the first prototype using Google\u2019s AI support software, “Antigravity.” While Antigravity initially suggested a dog (\ud83d\udc36) body, it was later changed to the current (\ud83d\udc7e) form. The foundations of S\u016bnya\u2019s intelligence\u2014wandering, talking, and questioning\u2014were completed on this day.<\/p>\n

\u30fbDec 26, 2025<\/strong>: Design & Concept Finalized. Solidified the visual design and the concept of being born from “Unicode: U+0966 (\u0966).” Created the floating GIF animation and implemented it into the site. S\u016bnya finally gained a physical body!<\/p>\n

\u30fbDec 28, 2025<\/strong>: Mobile Support & Expansion. Added a mobile-only feature to “stow” S\u016bnya into the hamburger menu for users who want to use the full screen.<\/p>\n

\u30fbJan 4, 2026<\/strong>: Added a “Reminisce” feature to recognize users even after clearing cache. Added Friendship Status\u2014the more words you teach, the closer you become!<\/p>\n
