They face the Water Quality Management Bureau and the Bears, who plot to rule the land through the distribution of “water”… Invasion, ethnic conflicts, slavery, discrimination, water rights disputes, and terrorism by emerging cults—the events in the inner world of the Earth mirror the very history of our own world.
